Work in the private security company «Maximus»

To work at objects protected by the private security company Maximus, both at the place of permanent residence (the list of cities and towns can be clarified in the personnel department) and by shift method, security officers are required. We provide security at a large number of facilities, with various service schemes: daily posts, day and night posts, with a five-day working week or shift schedule.
There are currently the following vacancies:

guard of a stationary security post (unarmed security)
requirements:
Russian citizenship;
- the existence of a valid private guard certificate of 4 - 5 categories;
- medical certificate of forms 002 o/y and 003 o/y.

guard of a fixed security post (armed guard)
requirements:
Russian citizenship;
- availability of valid certificate of the private guard of the 6th category;
- medical certificate of forms 002 o/y and 003 o/y.

Operational Response Team Guard
requirements:
Russian citizenship;
- availability of valid certificate of the private guard of the 6th category;
- medical certificate of forms 002 o/y and 003 o/y;
- work experience in a similar position for at least 6 months.

guard-driver of the rapid response team
requirements:
Russian citizenship;
- availability of valid certificate of the private guard of the 6th category;
- medical certificate of forms 002 o/y and 003 o/y;
- availability of a category B and C driving licence;
- work experience in a similar position for at least 6 months.

senior shift (group, facility) of security
requirements:
Russian citizenship;
- availability of valid certificate of the private guard of the 6th category;
- medical certificate of forms 002 o/y and 003 o/y;
- Upper secondary education;
- availability of a category B driving licence;
- work experience in a similar position for at least 6 months.

Working conditions:
- official employment, according to the labor legislation of the Russian Federation;
- timely payment of wages;
- taking into account the length of service in the regions of the Far North and the areas equated to them;
- provision of uniforms;
- Provision of power (for personnel working in remote facilities);
- Provision of housing (for those working on a watch basis).
